My order was mostly right, but one of the teas wasn’t the one I had picked. Not a huge deal, just kind of noticed when I got to that part.

"Save your time, it didn’t do much for me"
I gave this a fair try for a while, but I didn’t notice any real difference. I kept waiting for it to do something, but it just never really worked for me. Kind of disappointing, and I’d say save your time unless you’re okay with taking a gamble.

I had a really smooth experience ordering from First Coast Tea. The site loaded fine, checkout was simple, and I didn’t run into any annoying issues. Payment went through right away, which is all I was hoping for. Got my confirmation fast too. There’s just something about it that felt easy and hassle-free. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"I was excited, but the delivery was just okay"
I grabbed this tea kind of on impulse and was really looking forward to it, so I kept checking the tracking. The tea showed up in good shape, thankfully, but the delivery took longer than I expected and the tracking updates were slow. Not a bad experience, just nothing amazing either.

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, the discount codes seem to actually work, which isn’t always the case everywhere. I’m sure the rewards points added up faster than I expected too. I saved a bit on my last cart and checkout was smooth, so no real complaints from me

"Was hoping for clearer info before ordering"
I checked out firstcoastteaco.com because I was interested in ordering, but I didn’t really feel confident enough to go through with it. I usually expect clearer instructions and upfront details before putting in my payment info, and I just couldn’t find enough of that on the site. Maybe everything is totally fine, but it felt a little uncertain to me, so I decided not to take the chance.

I had a quick question about my order and, i was half expecting to get some generic copy-paste reply like you usually do. But they got back to me fast, and the answer was actually clear and helpful. It was sorted out without any hassle, which I appreciated. Nice to see customer service not making things harder than they need to be.

"Pretty consistent so far, but I got a little uneasy after paying"
Most of the batches have been really consistent, which I appreciate. One tasted a little different than the others, but it was still good. I’ll admit I felt a bit unsure after I paid, like I wasn’t totally convinced everything would go smoothly, but overall the product has been solid so far.

"Arrived in Great Shape"
My tea showed up packed really well, which made a good first impression. Nothing was crushed, nothing was rattling around loose, and the tea bags were sealed properly. I know packaging might seem like a small thing, but to me it says the company actually cares about how the order arrives. Everything looked clean and fresh when I opened it, so I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

Used the site to look for teas. Simple overall. Found what I wanted without much trouble. Some pages were slow though. Not terrible, just noticeable. Checkout was easy enough. Menu on my phone could be clearer.

I ordered from First Coast Tea because I actually read through the product details first, and I just wanted to know the tea would be what I was expecting. When it showed up, the description, ingredients, and flavor notes all lined up well with what was listed.
Nothing felt exaggerated or misleading, which should be the normal standard but isn’t always the case. The shipping info was easy to understand too, so overall it was a simple, straightforward experience. I’d be comfortable ordering again.

"Decent tea, but didn’t really live up to the hype"
I tried a couple of teas from First Coast Tea, they were just okay. One of them tasted fresh, which I appreciated, but the other was kind of weak and didn’t have nearly as much flavor as I was expecting. Based on the way it was described, I thought it would be a lot more impressive, so that was a little disappointing. It’s not bad tea by any means, but for the price, it felt more average than promised. I might still try another blend at some point, but I’m not in a rush.

I won’t lie, the shipping felt like a little saga. I kept checking the tracking like it was the final scene of a movie, wondering when it would actually show up. It definitely took longer than I expected, but in the end, it arrived safe and sound...
